"I have been using a different rental company in Eugene for many years.. almost always it’s been a hassle, one way or the other. Extra charges, reserved equipment not there when I show up, rude yard people..etc. the last couple weeks I’ve had the pleasure of using Springfield rentals for the first time. They have been fantastic. They always have the equipment ready when I show up and when it does break they don’t try to blame me.. they just fix it. Couldn’t be happier so far.. won’t go back to the other place."

"My go to for all my rentals when working on my house! Got a trencher for when I had to put in a new sewer line, and rented a floor sander on 2 occasions now to refinish hardwood floors. Always great and friendly and will take extra time to help you make sure you learn the equipment."
